Information

Bring existing policies, onboarding forms, notices, vendor lists, system inventories and incident procedures.

Access & decisions

Arrange stakeholder availability, controlled document access and an agreed review and approval process.

Evidence at each phase

Track progress through evidence and actions.

How do you close a finding?+

Each finding has an owner, action and target date. We review the supporting evidence before closure. Unresolved findings remain visible in the readiness report.

What affects the engagement timeline?+

The 12–20 week estimate depends on your bank’s size, branch coverage, stakeholder availability and approval turnaround. Phases may overlap. We confirm the project plan during scoping.

What can manual data discovery miss?+

Workshops, questionnaires and sampling do not provide an exhaustive automated scan. Undisclosed systems or data stores may remain outside discovery. We document the coverage and assumptions.

What does your bank receive at handover?+

Your bank receives editable registers, approved procedures, training records, open actions and an agreed review schedule. Your teams remain responsible for ongoing operation.
