01

Understand your bank’s DPDP obligations.

Know which DPDP requirements apply to your bank. We review personal data categories, systems and stakeholders, including Significant Data Fiduciary considerations without assuming designation.

Deliverable: DPDP readiness & applicability report
02

Prioritize the gaps that matter.

See where current practices fall short of the agreed DPDP scope. Prioritize action by exposure, customer impact and the effort needed to close each gap.

Deliverable: Gap report, risk register & remediation roadmap
03

Map where personal data goes.

Trace how personal data is collected, stored, used, shared and transferred across banking operations. Departmental workshops and questionnaires build your data inventory, flow diagrams and record of processing activities (RoPA).
